Ukraine, Russia on the hunt for volunteers with cash prizes or other benefits

Russia hunts for volunteers with cash prizes or other benefits. Federation recruitment offices do not achieve expected results and troops in Ukraine are tired and demoralized

Murmansk authorities have launched a recruitment campaign to create a regional unit that will fight Ukraine alongside the Russian army. This was announced by the governor, Andrei Chibis, on his profile on VK. The offer is a one-time bonus of 100,000 rubles, which is added to the normal salary of volunteer soldiers (45,000 rubles a month for a stay between 3 and 5 years). Objective: to replace the troops, now tired and demoralized after more than three months of uninterrupted fighting in the European country. In fact, what was supposed to be a lightning operation has turned into an endless war of attrition and attrition. To remedy the problem, Moscow has opened recruiting offices throughout the country, including the Kola Peninsula, but they have not met with the hoped-for success. The new strategy is now to offer additional benefits, such as cash prizes or other benefits.
