The SDF in Deir Ezzor arrested two Islamic State intelligence members specializing in targeted killings. The two were captured in a raid by HAT, the Kurdish special forces, in cooperation with Inherent Resolve, in Thiban (Diban). The city is located about 50 kilometers east of the capital of the Syrian province. In addition to weapons and ammunition, documents threatening some local entrepreneurs were also found.
