Syria, Russia intervenes in the East to stop the clashes between pro-Turkey militias and SDF. Moscow soldiers begin building long trenches in Kurdistan along the M4. Objective: to limit the infiltration of jihadists to maintain the truce

Russia intervenes in Kurdistan to stop clashes between pro-Turkey militias and the SDF. Moscow soldiers have begun to build a separation trench, which starts from the village of Kasra north of Zarkan and reaches Khirbet al-Shaair (Tel Tamr) for the time being. This is five meters wide and four meters deep. In the near future, another one of the same size should be born, starting from Tawila and pointing towards the al-Alia silos, along the M4. The goal is to limit the infiltration of jihadists into the Syrian province in order to maintain the ceasefire. In fact, these have multiplied dangerously in recent times, especially in the Sere Kaniye region, causing mass fleeing of the population and violent battles with the Kurdish forces, which intervened to repel them.
