Syria, new attack on HTS: this time west of Aleppo

New attack on HTS: this time west of Aleppo. Pro-Turkey militia headquarters in Ibzimu targeted. The aggressions against the group multiply, the rival formations and raise the bar

New attack on Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) in northern Syria. Someone detonated a bomb at the pro-Turkey militia headquarters in Ibzimu, west of Aleppo. The toll is at least one dead and several others injured. HTS has long been in the crosshairs of smaller groups close to the TAF, cut off from aid from Ankara, which are demanding more space and resources. These first sent out warning signals and then began to hit the qaedist formation and the Turkish troops themselves, raising the bar. Not surprisingly, just a few days ago one of the bodyguards of the HTS leader himself, Abu Muhammad al-Jolan, was injured. The man, named Abu Hussein, was hit by the explosion of an IED placed near his car in the village of al-Tawameh. Further attacks are feared in both Aleppo and Idlib.
