The SDF and Inherent Resolve in Deir Ezzor are chasing the commander of the Islamic State Munaf Ali al-A’al and are asking for the help of the Syrian population to track him down. In the past few hours, aircraft of the International Coalition have dropped a series of leaflets on the province, in which it is explained that the former ISIS jihadist lives in the village of al-Zerr and residents are asked to communicate any information about him. The initiative is part of the Safe Euphrates program, aimed at local civilians, which allows them to secretly communicate suspicious activities in their area.
