Defense: the Eagle Resolve 23 air defense missile exercise is underway

The Eagle Resolve 23 air defense missile exercise is underway. The United States, Saudi Arabia and the GCC train together. The Devil Ray T-38 USV, just tested during the Digital Shield in the Gulf of Aqaba, is involved

It’s called Eagle Resolve 23 and it’s a military exercise between the United States, Saudi Arabia and other members of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). Objective: to test the integration of the respective armed forces and their respective competences in missile air defense. In fact, during the manoeuvres, a series of theoretical and practical activities will be implemented, including air and missile operations with live ammunition, anti-aircraft and weapons of mass destruction defensive operations, as well as air-to-air refueling operations, surface -to-naval warfare, electronic warfare and naval raids. On this occasion, however, a MANTAS Devil Ray T-38 unmanned vessel (unmanned surface vessel, USV/ASV) will also be used. The USV was recently tested by the US with Israel as part of the Digital Shield exercise in the Gulf of Aqaba.
