The Taliban in Afghanistan will also include suicide bombers in their army. This was announced by the Deputy Minister for Information and spokesman for the Islamic Emirate, Zabiullah Mujahid, explaining that a battalion of shahid will be created and that this will become part of the special forces, under the control of the Ministry of Defense. Moreover, according to local sources, some units of bombers have already been deployed in the north of the Asian country, on the border with Tajikistan. It remains to be understood, however, what the more orthodox local elements of the Koranic students will think of this choice. Until the arrival of foreign jihadists, in fact, it was unthinkable for the Afghans to blow themselves up. It was not honorable. The “warrior” had to lose his life with the rifle in hand, while fighting the enemy. The “sacrifice” was accepted only after the arrival of the new trainers and commanders of al Qaeda in Iraq (AQI), to help local comrades, put in great difficulty by foreign troops.
