Is the REvil gang on the run? Since at least one day, all the websites for the ransomware operation has gone offline. Bot on the clear web and on the dark web. What is strange, according to many cybersecurity experts, is that all the cybercrime infrastructure went down simultaneously. The most recurrent hypothesis is that the malicious hackers started feeling hard pressure by law enforcements, especially from the United States, after the recent Biden-Putin talks about the malware attacks against US targets, originated from the Russian soil. However, there are no confirmation today about it. Maybe, in the next days there will appear more elements to understand this strange behaviour.
